the most beautiful example of a roman cingulum reconstructed after original belt parts found in the city of Rome. Two belt plates, two dagger frogs and a buckle were found, dated 80 to 120 AD. Made of brass with thick goldplating. The fact that these military belt parts were found in Rome let us presume that a member of the pretorian guard had been owner of this belt.

brass silverplated and goldplated afterwards.

completely handsewn on purple dyed vegetably tinned leather. Preice for a 100cm belt length
